Weddings are the ultimate demonstration of a couple’s (mostly the bride’s) eye for style and design. After attending a recent wedding, I was inspired by how the décor incorporated modern day trends, but was still classic with elegance weaved throughout. The bride, Lana, is a master of décor (you can check out her work here), so from the invitations to the very last blossom on the reception centerpieces, her touch was evident. Neutral tones were the wedding trend of the season, so I love that the wedding décor was inspired by this, but didn’t shy from the welcomed addition of “couture” and “bling” to take it up a notch. Below are some of my favorite shots from the wedding. If you would like to see more, visit the photographer’s website here.
I loved the 3D aspect of the invitations. They set the stage for what was to come….
The cake – tasted as good as it looked….
The couture flowers on the bridal table, made by the bride’s friend Tanya, were my favorite accessory – beautiful!
These Badgley Mischkas were the perfect fit!! Love, love, love….
And one of the happy couple. I would be smiling after a wedding like that too!
Beautiful wedding for sure!
