Unfortunately, the dress is sold out online (probably thanks to Kate’s endorsement). I love how she paired it with all black – tights, pumps, jacket and clutch. Exactly how I’ve been wearing my dresses this season. This royal lady knows how to dress, even on a budget.

Duchess Kate Middleton recently stepped out wearing something all of us can afford. The lace tulip dress Kate wore to a charity event is from Zara and will only put you back $99.
